Where we work

We work in remote and rural regions of Kenya and Uganda where many people are surviving below the poverty line – meaning children are leaving school without the basic skills they need.

Build Africa knows that each community we support is different. We take time to understand their unique needs, and pride ourselves on the relationships we maintain. We employ local staff, not just with expertise in our projects, but in the social and cultural environments in which they work.
